Adopt-a-Native-Elder Program

by Eleven 20. May 2013 15:42

Because of relocation and other circumstances outside of their control, some native-american elders are no longer have the means to provide subsistence for themselves. The Adopt-a-Native-Elder Program helps them with donations such as food and other means of support. Now with more than 500 elders being supported by the program, donations come from all across the state, country, and even the world.

It is a great way to not only give, but to learn about the Navajo culture and have it impact your life as well.
