The Foster Grandparent Program is a great way for seniors to help support and educate young children. Volunteers visit places like schools, development centers, and anywhere else love and support is needed. The program has proven time after time how benefitial it can be to a struggling child to feel the interest and support of an adult who will genuinely care and teach them. In addition to incredible chance to serve, the program also offers monthly stipends, events, meals and more. Many seniors are seeing how they can make a difference in these childrens' lives.
